Dez Johnston speaks into the wrestle of trying to live up to the unrealistic expectations that we place on ourselves as Christians. He shares about the beauty of how we’re all uniquely different and that through these differences, we can function as one body made up of many parts (1 Corinthians 12:12-27).

Dez Johnston heads up Alpha COurse for young people in Europe, Middle East and North Africa. Originally from the North East of Scotland and with aspirations of being a DJ, Dez spent several years working as a bouncer in Glasgow before meeting his wife Fiona, who helped to lead him to know God. They have three kids together and in addition to his role at Alpha, Dez is President of the Boys Brigade where he holds a great passion to see young people come alive in who God has made them to be.
