Lydia shares what it has meant to relearn God as Father after growing up feeling surrounded by people, yet deeply unknown. When your default is to believe you’re on your own, learning to trust that God is near, attentive and for you takes daily practice. She reflects on the gift of knowing our wounds - not to be defined by them, but so that when they surface, we can recognise them and run to the Father.

Lydia Dicas was born in the Netherlands and is now based in London. Alongside her husband, Rich, she leads worship and prayer across the UK, with a particular heart for honest faith, hope and perseverance through suffering and seasons of waiting. Lydia and Rich live in London with their children and are part of KXC church.
