When he was a young boy, Abel was told he was not smart through a side comment from his teacher. This small comment stuck with him for much of his life, stopping him from being able to accept encouragement and honour for accomplishments. Abel shares how an experimental study highlighted how what we believe about ourselves affects us deeply. God’s words to us are so important and powerful. We must listen to what he says about us.
