Pain can so easily start to write the story of our future. Jason shares about the long journey of bringing his anger, hurt and disappointment to God, and the radical grace it took to call his father and simply say, “I don’t hate you. I love you.” Sometimes healing means building the bridge even when the other person doesn’t cross it and choosing to release what we’ve been carrying and trusting God with what comes next.

Jason Patchell works with Young Life in the US having originally come to faith through their ministry when he was younger. Jason and his wife, Lindsey, live in The Woodlands, Texas and together they have two sons.
