Nick Mulvey is a visionary musician, singer-songwriter, and deep thinker. He first made waves in 2005 as a founding member of the Mercury Prize-nominated jazz ensemble Portico Quartet, where he played the hang, a rare Swiss percussion instrument. In 2011, Mulvey set off on a solo journey, releasing his acclaimed debut album First Mind in 2014. He followed it with Wake Up Now in 2017 and New Mythology in 2022, each exploring rich, introspective themes through his distinctive sound.
