Paul reflects on how growth rarely looks the way we expect. What felt like a step down became a place where God began to deal with pride and invite him into deeper trust. Sometimes the next mountaintop requires walking through a valley and learning to say yes to things we thought we had already outgrown.

Paul Gibbs started Pais in 1992 with the mission to help his church reach its community. Pais has expanded around the world and Paul now lives in Texas with his wife Lynn. Together they have two sons and three grandchildren.
