It was 3 a.m. in a central London nightclub when Les Isaac had a profound encounter with God, a moment that shaped his belief in a God who meets people exactly where they are, no matter their circumstances. Colossians 1:27, which speaks of “Christ in us,” reminds us that God’s presence is not confined to church walls. Instead Jesus goes with us wherever we go - inside or outside the church.
Rev. Les Isaac OBE arrived in the UK from Antigua 59 years ago at the age of seven. Initially disillusioned with traditional church teachings, he embraced Rastafarianism before a life-changing encounter with Jesus in an unexpected setting—a nightclub restroom. In 2003, he went on to establish Street Pastors, and today he serves as a respected church leader, preacher, and author.
