We've got familiar
Alex Seeley

Alex Seeley explores how easy it is to become overly familiar with the presence of God—both in our personal lives and within church culture—and how that familiarity can lead us to "fill in the blanks" for God, assuming we know His ways. She draws on Isaiah’s encounter in Isaiah 6 and David’s cry in Psalm 51 to show how a diminished reverence for God was confronted in their lives. Through their stories, we’re invited to reflect, realign, and be encouraged toward a deeper awe and fear of the Lord.

Alex Seeley is a passionate communicator and author of The Opposite Life: Unlocking the Mysteries of God's Upside Down Kingdom. Originally from Australia, she served as a Pastor for 17 years before moving to Nashville in 2012 with her husband and two children. There, they began ministering to local musicians, which led to the founding of The Belonging Co, now a thriving church community.
